Event Description: This workshop and vendor fair is to share food waste reduction strategies and best practices with the Baltimore hospitality community. Our target audience is hotel staff, restauranteurs, and others in the community involved in food conservation. Vendors who are exhibiting are those that provide services and products that help foodservice operators reduce and handle food waste.
