Does the BCC have a Business or Shipping Center on-site?
The Baltimore Convention Center is currently working on developing a new business center provider. If you're in need of shipping services contact your show contact or your Convention Services Manager.
Additionally, there are several nearby locations that can also assist you with shipment services linked below.
What payment methods does the venue accept?
The BCC now offers quicker and more efficient money transactions! The venue accepts card or electronic payments only. If you don't have those options available, we also now provide a kiosk that converts cash to card and is of charge. The ATM can be found located at at the 300 Level West side near meeting room 327.
General Accessibility
What ADA Accessibility options does the venue provide?
The Center complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act to provide the following accommodations:
•Sidewalk curb cuts into main lobby areas
•Thresholds at each entrance which are level with the floor
•Standard wheelchair accessible restrooms
•Emergency systems which provide both flashing strobes and voice alarms
•Meeting room signs equipped with Braille indicators
•Elevators equipped with Braille indicators, chimes, and raised letters
Does the facility offer mobility scooters or accommodation for accessibility?
The BCC does not have mobility scooters or wheelchairs on-site however there are several mobility scooter/wheelchair services in the area. Below is a list of service providers.

Do you offer services for the hearing impaired?
Projection provides assisted listening devices for shows where they are the AV provider. If an event uses an external AV provider, that provider is responsible for supplying their own assisted listening system. Should the external AV company lack the necessary equipment, Projection offers rental options, but will not supply equipment free of charge unless they are the designated AV provider for the event.
Are service animals permitted?
Service Animals that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities will be permitted inside the Center. Animals must be licensed and up to date on
vetting and appropriate permits.
Are there nursing stations in the facility?
Yes, the BCC offers two locations for nursing. One station is located on the 1st floor in Charles Street Lobby and the other can be found outside Meeting Rooms 341 and 342.
Parking and Transportation
Is there parking on-site?
There is no on-site parking however there are numerous parking options located less than a mile away from the venue.

What transportation options are locally available?
There are numerous local transportation options available for getting to, from, and around the Baltimore Convention Center. These include MTA Bus, Light Rail, Metro, MARC Train, Amtrak Baltimore, Mobility services, and more. Additionally, the Charm City Connector offers free public shuttle service throughout the downtown area.
First-Aid
Is there a First-Aid/AED available on-site?
Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) are located throughout the building. Please refer to the show you're attendings website to see if additional first aid is being provided on site.
