Nat has 32 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, a
Customer Service Manager, and an IT Support Manager. Twenty-five of those years were
spent planning the client-side IT and telecommunications logistics for company
conference events across North America. Once a client at the Baltimore
Convention Center, Nat now leads the M.C. Dean Telecommunications team of three
technicians and a network engineer, providing internet, phone services, and
other communications systems for the facility and its events.
As the primary liaison and communications expert between the Center and our clientele, Nat ensures the delivery of a sound communications strategy to fit each customer’s need, quality service, and customer satisfaction.
