Sarah Whitfield has been in the Human Resources industry for 13 years. While in her profession, She has held positions including Recruitment and Training Manager, Staff Development, and a lead on the Training Development taskforce for a non-profit organization with over 500 employees. She has a passion for professional development and seeing organizations grow and build confidence in their staff through effective coaching and mentorship.
Prior to entering the Human Resources industry, she spent five years in the Behavioral Health and Intellectual Disabilities field, serving as an Individual Support Coordinator (ISC) for individuals and their families. Before coming to the Convention Center, Sarah worked for Johns Hopkins Health System. She holds a bachelor's degree in Human Services Non-Profit Management from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
